Trip info

Travel dates and hotel assignment are based on franchise and are non-transferable.
Pinnacle and Summit All Star current franchise travel dates, per wave, are outlined below:

• Wave 1 (Immunology, Market Access, Oncology, PCYC and U.S. Specialty):
1. April 9 – Depart the US
2. April 10 – arrive Edinburgh, Scotland
3. April 11, 12, 13, 14 – Optional daily activities, evening events, nights at leisure
4. April 15 – Depart Edinburgh to arrive in the US on the same day.

• Wave 2 (Best in Class, Eye Care and Neuroscience):
1. April 16 – Depart the US
2. April 17 – arrive Edinburgh, Scotland
3. April 18, 19, 20, 21 – Optional daily activities, evening events, nights at leisure
4. April 22 – Depart Edinburgh to arrive in the US on the same day.

• Two round trip tickets between the employee’s home city (or another city at comparable fare) and the Edinburgh Airport (EDI). These tickets will be booked at the lowest available airfare and appropriate class of service per company travel policy (Coach class for Pinnacle and Summit All Stars and their guest), prior to our ticketing deadline through Madison. Any incremental charges due to late registration or a request for another class of service are a personal expense and will not be reimbursed.
• Some airline carriers may charge extra for a checked or carry-on bag. Please submit any fees associated with luggage through your CTE expense system.
• Ground transportation in Edinburgh for airport transfers, activities, and events on program dates only.
• Accommodation at your assigned host hotel. This consists of one guest room per couple, April 10-15, 2024 (wave 1) or April 17-22, 2024 (wave 2), based on which set of dates you are assigned.
• Up to three activities per person, across four days.
• All meals during program dates will be provided through sponsored functions or cash allowance. Any meal expense above and beyond those provided is considered a personal expense. Cash allowance is not provided on travel days.
• All gratuities for airport transfers, bell staff, and housekeeping as well as organized group functions will be pre-paid during the program dates.
• Summit All Star trip activities and inclusions are only offered on the official program dates.
• Wi-Fi will be available at both host hotels for you to use your mobile device to check the 2023 Summit All Star Mobile App. Any charges associated with your mobile device such as roaming charges, data charges etc. will not be covered by 2023 Summit All Star and are at your own expense.
• Should you need to shorten your trip for any reason, you will not be reimbursed or compensated for any days (including meals, activities, cash allowance, hotel accommodations) that you may miss.

• All invited are limited to one official guest.
• The official guest must be 21 years or older; no exceptions.
• Guest may not be another company employee, vendor, contractor, HCP or customer, unless it is a spouse or domestic partner.
• Non-registered guests are not allowed during the official dates of the Summit Trip. This includes children under the age of 21, family members and any other person that is a non-registered guest.
• Participation in sponsored activities is non-transferrable.
